Studio AD (Architecture & Interior Design Firm) is looking for experienced professionals to join our team for residential and commercial architecture and interior projects. We are hiring for office-based architectural planning and design work as well as site supervision and execution.

Positions Available

1. Architect – Office Role The candidate will be responsible for architectural planning, design development, working drawings and coordination for residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparation of architectural plans, layouts and space planning
- Preparation of detailed working drawings, sections and elevations
- Interior layout drawings and detailing
- Developing drawings as per design and project requirements
- Preparing detailed and execution-ready drawings
- Coordination with clients, architects and site teams
- Maintaining project drawings and documentation

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Strong understanding of architectural planning and design
- Ability to prepare detailed working drawings
- Ability to read and understand architectural drawings
- Basic knowledge of building standards and practical design
- Good communication and coordination skills

2. Site Supervisor – Architecture & Interior Projects The candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities and ensuring that construction and interior work is carried out as per drawings, design requirements and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day construction and interior work




- Ensure work is executed as per architectural and interior drawings
- Monitor site progress and quality of work
- Coordinate with contractors, workers and vendors
- Manage and supervise labour at site
- Check material requirements and usage
- Identify and communicate site-related issues to the architect and design team
- Coordinate between the office and site teams
- Maintain regular site progress updates
- Ensure work is completed as per project timelines

Required Skills:

- Practical knowledge of construction and interior execution
- Ability to read and understand architectural and interior drawings
- Experience handling workers, contractors and vendors
- Good understanding of site execution and finishing work
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic AutoCAD knowledge will be an added advantage
- Willingness to work at project sites

Experience Required Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction or Site Supervision.
