Roles and Responsibilities :

- Architectural Design & Space Planning – maintain AutoCAD drawings for all projects, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date plans delivering quality and good practices, efficient space utilization and operational strategies including workspace layouts, fixture sizes, equipment placements, and utility configurations.
- Design Standardization – Standardize interior design layouts and configurations across the organization to ensure consistency and functionality.
- Building Services Perusal – Review of MEP and other services related to planning, building design and implementation.
- Compliance & Safety – Ensure all designs comply with NBC, industry standards, local building codes, and safety regulations.

Job Requirements :

- Relevant experience in building design and coordination of office, mixed use, residential, institutional, and special-use projects.
- Registered with Council of Architecture. Green building certification will be an advantage.
- Robust knowledge of MEP services and functionality.
- CAD expertise. BIM will be an advantage.
- Relevant on-site experience.
- Thorough knowledge of relevant building guidelines, codes, and byelaws
