We are looking for an experienced and creative Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong architectural design skills, good knowledge of residential projects, and the ability to manage projects from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concepts, designs, layouts, and detailed drawings.

- Prepare and review working drawings, floor plans, elevations, and sections.

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

- Understand client requirements and translate them into practical design solutions.

- Conduct site visits and monitor project execution as required.

- Ensure designs comply with relevant building standards and project requirements.

- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants.

- Prepare presentations and design proposals for clients.





- Review project progress and ensure design quality and timelines are maintained.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch.).

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

- Solid knowledge of residential architecture and living-space design.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other relevant design software.

- Good understanding of materials, construction methods, and detailing.

- Strong communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Creative approach with strong attention to detail.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Experience

- Architect: 5 years (Required)

- AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit: 5 years (Required)
