About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have solid design capabilities, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage architectural projects from concept development to execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural designs, concepts, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, presentations, and construction documents.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and project requirements.
- Review project specifications, layouts, and material selections.
- Assist in project planning, estimation, and execution.
- Resolve design and technical issues during project implementation.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray,



or similar architectural software.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction practices.
- Knowledge of building bylaws, regulations, and standards.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- Minimum 2 years of relevant architectural experience.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial projects will be preferred.
