Key Responsibilities
- Drive architectural design for premium residential and commercial projects.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and faade teams to ensure seamless integration of design intent.
- Review and approve detailed drawings, GFCs, and shop drawings.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, statutory regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Manage design consultants and vendors for timely deliverables.
- Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and resolve technical issues.
- Promote innovation in design aesthetics,
functionality, and cost optimization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors/Master’s in Architecture from a reputed institute.
- Solid portfolio showcasing high-rise and luxury projects.
- Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and BIM workflows.
- Excellent understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and detailing.
- Strong coordination and communication skills for multi-disciplinary collaboration.
Preferred
- Experience in large-scale real estate projects.
- Knowledge of green building norms and certifications (IGBC/LEED).
