With at least 10+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, including 3 or more years specifically focused on Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and deliver scalable Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions that address complex business requirements and drive measurable user engagement
- Implement and maintain Experience Data Security Models to ensure regulatory compliance and safeguard sensitive information
- Develop, refine, and monitor Experience Dashboards and Insights to provide actionable data visualizations and support business decision-making
- Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements, translating them into detailed technical specifications for Experience Cloud projects
- Lead and mentor technical teams throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of Experience Cloud initiatives
- Configure and customize Experience Cloud components, including sites, themes, and page layouts, to enhance user experience and brand alignment
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in Experience Cloud implementations, driving continuous improvement and system reliability
- Integrate Experience Cloud with other Salesforce clouds and external systems, ensuring data integrity and seamless user journeys
