Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on NodeJS Architect with 12+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess solid expertise in NodeJS, NoSQL databases, Microservices architecture, and experience with cloud platforms. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable solutions, ensuring the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the architecture design and development of backend systems using NodeJS.

- Architect and implement scalable and high-performance Microservices that support complex business workflows.

- Work with NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Couchbase, or Cassandra to design robust and high-availability data models.

- Design and implement cloud-based solutions using any major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Ensure the system’s performance, scalability, security, and reliability.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (front-end, DevOps, etc.)

- Conduct code reviews and mentor other engineers, promoting best practices.

- Stay updated with the latest technologies and integrate them into the architecture when necessary.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues as needed.

Mandatory Skills:

- 12+ years of experience in software development and architecture.

- Strong hands-on expertise in NodeJS for designing backend systems and APIs.

- Experience in NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Couchbase, or similar.

- Extensive experience with Microservices architecture and distributed systems.

- Cloud experience with one or more cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

- Proficient in designing highly available, resilient, and scalable systems.

- Solid understanding of RESTful services and APIs.

- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance-tuning skills.

- DevOps knowledge is a plus, especially in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
