Architect – Mid-Level

Roles & Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural plans, working drawings, and 3D views.
- Handle residential and commercial projects from concept to execution.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, consultants, and site teams.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate design execution.
- Assist with quantity estimation and material specifications.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Eligibility

- B.Arch / equivalent qualification preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software.
- Valuable communication and client-handling skills.
- Chennai-based candidates only apply.

Salary: Starting from ₹15,000/month. Based on experience Salary may differ Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
