Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect & Interior Designer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling architectural and interior design projects from concept development through working drawings and coordination, while ensuring quality, timelines, and design standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural and interior design concepts based on client requirements.
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings, working drawings, layouts, elevations, sections, and detail drawings.
- Develop interior layouts, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, flooring plans, electrical layouts, and other relevant drawings.
- Prepare material selections, finishes, colour schemes, and design concepts.
- Create and modify drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications,



and quantity details as required.
- Coordinate with clients, site engineers, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Visit project sites to understand site conditions and monitor design execution.
- Ensure that drawings and designs are accurately implemented at site.
- Incorporate client and management feedback into drawings and designs.
- Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, and interior requirements.
- Maintain project documentation, drawings, revisions, and design records.
- Manage multiple projects and ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables.
- Stay updated with current interior design trends, materials, finishes, and construction practices.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of architecture and interior design principles.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Photoshop, or other design software will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of materials, furniture, finishes, lighting, and construction details.
- Ability to read and prepare technical drawings.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to handle client requirements and design revisions professionally.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
