Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Lead Java Backend & Agentic AI Architect to drive the design and development of our next-generation AI orchestration platform. In this role, you will architect a sophisticated Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication hub. This backend system will power a conversational interface (similar to ChatGPT/Claude) by dynamically routing user prompts to specialized AI agents, managing multi-agent workflows, and integrating legacy automation systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect A2A Orchestration: Design and implement the backend architecture for Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication, establishing secure, scalable, and low-latency interaction patterns between autonomous agents.
- Develop Energetic Routing Logic: Build robust, prompt-driven routing mechanisms in the backend to interpret user intent and intelligently dispatch tasks to the appropriate specialized AI agents.
- Integrate GenAI & Agentic Frameworks: Implement Agentic AI patterns using frameworks suitable for Java (e.g.,



LangChain, LangGraph, custom orchestration layers) to connect with LLMs and external tools using MCPs.
- Technical Leadership: Guide the development team, establish architectural blueprints, conduct code reviews, and ensure the platform adheres to strict security, compliance, and scalability standards.

Required Technical Skills

- Java & Backend Architecture: 18+ years of expert-level experience in Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, microservices architecture, and asynchronous event-driven design (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Agentic AI & GenAI: Proven experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and building autonomous agent workflows. Familiarity with Java-based AI frameworks like LangChain4j is highly preferred.
- API & Integration: Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, gRPC, WebSockets (for real-time chatbot communication), and secure enterprise application integration (EAI) patterns.
- Cloud & DevOps: Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and CI/CD pipelines.
