KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

1.Lead the architectural and interior design development of healthcare projects from concept design through construction completion.

1. Prepare and review architectural and interior drawings, including space planning, floor plans, furniture layouts, reflected ceiling plans, flooring layouts, interior elevations, joinery details, and construction drawings.

3. Develop detailed GFC drawings, BOQs, material specifications, finish schedules, and technical documentation.

1. Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, mock-ups, and vendor proposals.
2. Conduct design coordination meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and hospital stakeholders.
3. Monitor project progress, design deliverables,



and coordination schedules to ensure timely completion.

7.Resolve architectural and interior design issues during design development and construction stages.
1. Prepare client presentations, design reports, mood boards, material boards, and 3D visualization briefs.

Requirements: 1.Must have prior experience in Healthcare Industry.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
