We are looking for a Architect to join our Real Estate Office in Jalandhar
Location: Harjitsons Real Estate Jalandhar
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Job Type: Full-Time
Requirements
- B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD
- Knowledge of 3D/SketchUp will be an advantage
- Ability to prepare architectural drawings, layouts and plans
- Understanding of residential/commercial projects
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Experience in real estate/construction projects preferred
Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural plans and working drawings
- Make 2D/3D designs and presentations
- Coordinate with clients, contractors and site teams
- Assist with project planning and design development
- Conduct site visits when required
- Ensure drawings and designs are accurate and practical
