Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural plans, layouts, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
- Develop detailed drawings for building construction projects.
- Prepare and modify drawings as per project requirements and site conditions.
- Coordinate with Civil, Structural, MEP, Site, Estimation, and Project teams.
- Review drawings and ensure proper coordination between architectural and structural requirements.
- Conduct site visits and understand site conditions and execution requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Assist in obtaining and coordinating building approvals and statutory permissions.
- Prepare drawings and documents required for Government and Builder/Real Estate projects.
- Ensure drawings are updated as per revisions and maintain proper drawing records.
- Check dimensions, specifications, materials, and design details.
- Support the project team during construction and resolve drawing-related issues.
- Ensure execution is carried out as per approved architectural drawings and specifications.

Required Skills





- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, or other architectural software will be an advantage.
- Positive knowledge of building planning and construction drawings.
- Understanding of building materials and construction processes.
- Good knowledge of architectural detailing.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Good understanding of building bylaws and approval requirements.
- Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Good attention to detail.

Qualification

B.Arch – Bachelor of Architecture from a recognized institution.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
