As an Architect & Estimation Excellence - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through the complexities of Oracle Supply Chain and Operations. Within our Digital Core Modernisation network, you will leverage your skills to drive creative solutions that align with client needs and expectations. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff.

You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations.

Responsibilities

- Leading Oracle Supply Chain and Operations consulting projects to drive client success
- Managing project budgeting and resource allocation to optimize delivery timelines
- Utilizing Oracle Agile Product Lifecycle Management and Oracle Manufacturing Cloud to enhance operational processes
- Developing data-driven insights through advanced data modeling and analysis techniques
- Implementing procurement strategies and systems to improve cost management and efficiency
- Coordinating supply chain transformation initiatives to achieve operational excellence
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and feedback
- Guiding teams in strategic planning and execution of supply chain management solutions
- Promoting the adoption of innovative technologies and practices within supply chain consulting
- Validating inventory management and warehouse layout design to streamline operations

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 10 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Supply Chain Management or related Oracle SCM Cloud applications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Agile Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
- Utilizing Oracle E-Business Suite for comprehensive supply chain solutions
- Managing complex supply chain transformations with Oracle Manufacturing Cloud
- Leading strategic planning and execution in supply chain consulting
- Excelling in data-driven insights and analytical thinking for operational excellence
