Salary
- USD 300/month during the 3-month probation period
- USD 400/month after successful completion of probation
- Performance-based incentives available after completing 1 year

Key Responsibilities The Architect will be responsible for:
- Preparing architectural drawings
- Preparing planning drawings and planning application packages
- Developing concept designs and layouts
- Preparing architectural presentations
- Preparing Design & Access Statements
- Producing supporting planning documents
- Working on residential extensions
- Working on loft conversions
- Working on HMOs
- Working on flat-conversion projects
- Working on new-build developments
- Conducting site feasibility studies
- Preparing development appraisals
- Coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Preparing project documentation and presentations
- Delivering projects within agreed timelines
- Assisting with Building Regulations documentation
- Supporting planning submissions
- Collaborating with contractors and consultants throughout project delivery
Required Qualifications & Skills
Candidates should have
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch), or
- Civil Engineering qualification with relevant architectural experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Proficiency in Revit
- Proficiency in SketchUp
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Solid English communication skills
- Experience in residential or commercial architectural projects
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
