Responsibilities

1.Design and develop steel buildings, commercial buildings,residential projects, and other construction projects.

1. Prepare detailed architectural drawings, workingdrawings, layouts, elevations, and 3D models.
2. Prepare accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and assist withproject costing and estimation.
3. Understand client requirements and develop suitabledesign solutions.
4. Arrange and attend client meetings, presentations, anddesign discussions.
5. Prepare professional design presentations and projectproposals for clients.
6. Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, factory,and internal project teams.
7. Conduct site visits and monitor project progress anddesign implementation.
8. Coordinate with site staff and ensure proper executionaccording to approved drawings.
9. Assist in material selection, quantity estimation, costing,and project planning.
10. Make design modifications based on clientrequirements and site conditions.
11. Ensure drawings and project documentation areaccurate and delivered on time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
