- 9+ years of experience in SAP Data Migration, preferably with S/4HANA implementation projects.
- Strong end-to-end experience in SAP data migration strategy, design and execution.
- Hands-on expertise in SAP Migration Cockpit, LTMC/LTMOM, BAPIs and IDocs.
- Strong experience with ETL tools and migration of master and transactional data.
- Expertise in data extraction, cleansing, transformation, validation and reconciliation.
- Experience defining data mappings, transformation rules and migration requirements with functional teams.
- Strong experience in mock migrations, integration testing,
cutover and production data loads.
- Ability to troubleshoot data quality, mapping, transformation and migration defects.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Valuable to Have
- Experience developing migration templates, mapping documents and data quality reports.
- Knowledge of SAP data governance and migration best practices.
- Experience working with business, functional, technical and offshore teams.
- Exposure to multiple SAP functional data objects/modules.
