Overview

We are looking for a Senior Architect to join Mor Design Studio and take ownership of projects from concept development to execution. The role requires strong design thinking, technical knowledge, site coordination, and the ability to lead projects and teams.

Responsibilities

- Lead architecture and interior design projects from concept to execution

- Develop design concepts, plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors

- Conduct site visits, measurements, and site coordination

- Review drawings, 3D models, and technical details

- Guide junior architects and interns on project deliverables

- Coordinate material selections and design development

- Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on time

- Identify and resolve design and execution issues on site





- Ensure design intent is maintained throughout project execution

Requirements

- B.Arch or equivalent qualification

- 3+ years of professional experience in architecture/interior design

- Strong experience in handling live projects from design to execution

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp

- Knowledge of Revit, Lumion, Enscape, or similar software is a plus

- Strong understanding of construction details and materials

- Valuable client communication and coordination skills

- Ability to lead a team and take ownership of projects

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Candidates preferred from Hyderabad
