Job Title - Junior Architect Level I & II

Reports to - Senior Architect

Required Skills & Qualifications –

· Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

· 0-5 years of experience in architectural design or internship experience.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, D5 Render, Enscape, Lumion, and other design visualization tools, M.S. Word suit, Adobe Suite.

· Basic knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction practices.

· Solid drafting, design skills.

· Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

1. Design Support & Drafting:

· Oversee the full architectural design process, from plan. concept design to completion, ensuring quality and compliance. Produce and review detailed drawings.
1. Project Documentation:





· Under the guidance of Senior Architects, preparing detailed working drawings, plans, and technical details adhering to project standards and respective DCR. · Assist in producing construction documents and preparing site report

· Formatting and Printing of drawing sheets.

1. Project Coordination & Collaboration:

· Collaborate and coordinate with internal architectural team and external consultants (MEP, Structural etc.) to align on design intent and project goals. Coordinate for timely completion of planned activities.
1. Site Support: Conduct periodic site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
2. Coordinating for Events, Lectures, Seminars, Vendor Presentations etc
3. Continuous Learning & Development: Stay updated on architectural trends, building codes, and software advancements.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
