About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and creative Architect with 6–8 years of professional experience in architectural design, building construction, and project execution. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of building planning, design, construction practices, and coordination with contractors and other consultants.

The candidate will be responsible for taking projects from the initial concept and design stage through construction and final execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concepts, designs, layouts, and detailed drawings for residential and commercial buildings.
- Prepare and review architectural plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and construction details.
- Coordinate with structural engineers, contractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress to ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Ensure architectural designs comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and local development guidelines.
- Review construction drawings and provide necessary design clarifications to the site team.
- Assist in material selection, finishes, façade design, and other architectural requirements.
- Identify design or execution issues at the site and provide practical solutions.
- Coordinate with contractors and site teams to ensure quality, timelines, and design specifications are maintained.
- Review shop drawings, material samples, and technical submissions.
- Prepare estimates, specifications,



and other project-related documentation when required.
- Make modifications and revisions to drawings based on project requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of architectural drawings and project records.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations and incorporate client requirements into the design.
- Manage multiple projects and ensure timely completion of assigned architectural deliverables.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of architectural design and building construction.
- Excellent understanding of construction materials, methods, and techniques.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
- Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, V-Ray, or other architectural software will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of structural and MEP coordination.
- Good knowledge of building codes, local regulations, and approval processes.
- Strong site supervision and project coordination skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Solid attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized institution.
- Professional registration with the Council of Architecture (COA) will be preferred.

Experience
- 6–8 years of relevant professional experience in architectural design and building construction.
- Experience handling projects from concept/design stage through construction and completion will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in residential, commercial, institutional, or mixed-use building projects will be considered.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
