Job Role

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for an Architect. The Architect will be responsible for conceptual design development, architectural planning, preparation of construction drawings, and coordination across residential, commercial, and high-rise projects. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with design standards and regulations, overseeing project execution, and delivering functional, innovative, and aesthetically driven spaces.

The role requires strong design sensibility, technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to manage projects across different scales and typologies.

Qualifications

- Expertise in Architectural Design, Planning, and Design Development
- ⁠Proficiency in Construction Drawings and technical detailing




- ⁠Strong understanding of building materials, systems, and execution processes
- ⁠Knowledge of local building regulations, codes, and approval processes
- ⁠Excellent communication and cooperative skills for working with clients, consultants, and project teams
- ⁠Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and 3D rendering tools
- ⁠Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively
- ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field

Experience⁠

- Experience in Villas, Commercial, and High-Rise projects preferred
- 3 to 5 years
- Experience with AI tools preferred
