Junior Architect Design & Project Coordination

Unicon Group is looking for a Junior Architect to join our team and support design coordination, project documentation, statutory approvals, and project record management.

Location: Pune

Experience: 2–3 Years

Qualification: B.Arch

Key Responsibilities

- Review architectural designs and drawings for completeness and consistency
- Check AutoCAD drawings, track revisions, and coordinate corrections
- Maintain project details, drawing registers, and status trackers
- Coordinate with design architects, licensing/liaison architects, consultants, and internal teams
- Assist in compiling documentation for EC, MPCB, RERA and other statutory approvals
- Maintain document checklists, submission records, approval files, and correspondence

• Follow up on pending drawings, documents, and inputs to support project timelines

What We’re Looking For B.Arch graduate with 2+ years of relevant experience

Proficiency in AutoCAD

Working knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word

Ability to read and review architectural drawings

Robust documentation, coordination, and communication skills

Experience in real estate projects or statutory approval documentation will be an added advantage
