Architect

Location: Sarjapur, Bangalore Experience: 4+ Years Employment Type: Full-time Industry: Real Estate / Residential Construction

- Develop and prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and detailed designs for residential projects.
- Prepare working drawings, construction drawings, and architectural details.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, civil, and other project teams.
- Review architectural drawings and ensure compliance with project requirements and specifications.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor execution as per approved architectural drawings.
- Identify and resolve design and site-related issues in coordination with the project team.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and site engineers.
- Make necessary revisions and modifications to drawings based on site requirements.
- Ensure project designs meet quality standards, timelines, and applicable building regulations.
- Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, and project-related records.
- Assist in material selection, finishes, and other architectural requirements.




- Provide technical support to the site team during project execution.

Requirements

- B.Arch / relevant qualification in Architecture.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in architectural design and residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, detailing, and construction processes.
- Mandatory proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other architectural software will be an advantage.
- Valuable understanding of building materials, finishes, and construction methods.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and site teams.
- Candidates who can commute to Sarjapur, Bangalore are preferred.
