R1 RCM – AR Follow up As an AR Caller, your main responsibilities include: Follow up with insurance companies on outstanding medical claims.

Check claim status: pending, paid, denied, rejected, or under review. Contact insurance representatives to identify the reason for non-payment or denial. Obtain payment information, claim status, reference number, and expected payment date.

Work on denied and underpaid claims and determine the appropriate next action. Follow up on claims according to the payer's turnaround time (TAT). Update accurate call notes and claim details in the billing system.

Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team. Meet daily productivity, quality, and collection targets. Follow HIPAA and patient-data confidentiality requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
