Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage AR calls to resolve outstanding accounts receivable issues with healthcare providers.

- Identify and address denials by investigating root causes, appealing denied claims, and implementing corrective actions.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate billing processes and timely payment collection.

- Analyze revenue cycle metrics to identify areas for improvement in the US healthcare organization's financial operations.

Job Requirements :

- 1-3 years of experience in AR calling, denial management, or revenue cycle management in the US healthcare industry.

- Solid understanding of medical billing regulations and compliance requirements.

- Excellent communication skills for effective phone conversations with healthcare providers.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting productivity targets.
