Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect with a B.Arch qualification to assist in architectural planning, design development, preparation of drawings, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings and layouts.
- Develop design concepts according to project requirements.
- Prepare working and presentation drawings.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project teams.
- Review drawings and make necessary modifications.
- Assist with site visits and project supervision.
- Prepare project documentation and presentations.
- Coordinate with clients regarding design requirements.
- Ensure drawings are accurate and updated.
- Support the team in completing projects on time.
Required Skills
- B.Arch qualification.
- Knowledge of architectural design and planning.
- AutoCAD knowledge.
- SketchUp or other 3D software knowledge preferred.
- Knowledge of 2D/3D architectural drawings.
- Good design and visualization skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
