Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve customer queries, disputes, and issues related to medical billing.

- Authorize or deny claims based on patient eligibility and insurance coverage.

- Handle denials by investigating root causes, appealing denied claims, and resolving discrepancies.

- Ensure timely follow-up with patients, providers, and payers to collect outstanding balances.

Job Requirements :

- 1-4 years of experience in AR calling or similar role in the healthcare industry.

- Solid knowledge of medical billing processes, regulations, and guidelines (e.g., HIPAA).

- Excellent communication skills for effective phone conversations with customers.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting productivity targets.
