Role: AR Caller/ Senior AR Caller

Location: Bangalore

Shift: Night Shift

Experience: 1 - 3 Years

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

We are hiring AR Callers with 1 to 3 years of experience in the US Healthcare Medical Billing process. Candidates should have hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) Follow-up, Denial Management, Appeals, and Insurance Calling.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Perform AR follow-up with insurance companies on outstanding claims.
- Analyze and resolve denied, rejected, and unpaid claims.
- Handle payment follow-up and claim status verification.
- Work on appeals and claim reprocessing.
- Review EOBs/ERAs and identify payment discrepancies.
- Ensure timely resolution of aging claims.




- Maintain accurate documentation of all follow-up activities.
- Meet productivity and quality targets.

Required Skills

- 1 to 3 years of experience in US Healthcare AR Calling.
- Experience in AR Follow-up and Denial Management.
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Insurance.
- Understanding of Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Basic knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes is preferred.

Qualification

- Excellent English communication skills.
- Willing to work in Night Shift.
