- 4–8 years of experience, including strong L2/L3 support and development experience for DELMIA Apriso MES in business-critical manufacturing environments.

- Hands-on expertise in Apriso Production, Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse/Material Management, repair workflows, Process Builder, Screen Framework, Business Integration and Machine Integration.

- Robust knowledge of controlled shop-floor execution, electronic work instructions, electronic device history records (eDHRs), material genealogy and traceability, data validation, inspections, and production-order processing.

- Proven ability to troubleshoot incidents across the user interface, business logic, integrations and database layers, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver preventive and corrective actions within SLA.

- Proficiency in JavaScript/C#, SQL Server or Oracle, XML/XSLT, web services and ERP–MES integration, with strong stakeholder communication and team-guidance skills.
