About the Role

Are you someone who loves solving aptitude problems, finds smart shortcuts and can explain complex logic in a manner that makes it easier to understand?

We're looking for an Aptitude Development Intern who enjoys preparing learning content and simplifying quantitative and logical concepts for students preparing for placements and competitive exams. You'll create video lessons, practice question banks, and problem-solving techniques covering core aptitude topics.

You'll help develop learning content on topics like:

- Number Systems, Percentages, Ratios & Proportions
- Averages, Profit & Loss, Simple & Compound Interest
- Time & Work, Speed & Distance
- Probability, Permutations & Combinations
- Logical & Analytical Reasoning, Puzzles
- Coding-Decoding, Series, Seating Arrangements, Blood Relations, Syllogisms
- Data Interpretation & Numerical Ability
- Other important aptitude and reasoning topics

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging educational videos explaining aptitude and reasoning concepts.
- Break down difficult problem-solving methods into transparent, easy lessons.
- Build a well-organised set of practice questions for all levels, from easy to hard.
- Show shortcuts or mental math tricks to solve problems and highlight key calculation tips to save time.
- Create quizzes and tests for each topic to see how well students are learning.
- Research and verify the accuracy of concepts, formulas, and solutions.
- Collaborate with the team to make the learning content better.
- Take ownership of assigned topics and incorporate feedback.

Requirements

- A good grasp of basic quantitative aptitude and logical reasoning.




- An interest in teaching, explaining technical things, or creating educational content.
- The ability to explain concepts clearly and solve problems easily.
- To be comfortable speaking and recording videos.
- To be curious, willing to learn, and pay attention to details.
- To work on your own and handle the tasks you're given.

Good to Have

Prior experience with competitive exam preparation (placements, CAT, Banking, etc.) or any experience creating educational content or tutoring.
