Role Description The Aptitude Instructor is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The instructor will design and deliver engaging aptitude training sessions covering quantitative ability, logical reasoning, verbal ability, and data interpretation for students and early-career professionals.

Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, creating practice questions and assessments, conducting classroom and small-group sessions, and providing individual performance feedback. The role involves analyzing learner progress,



updating instructional material based on data-driven insights, and collaborating with other trainers to align content with industry-focused hackathons and hiring campaigns. The instructor will also support test preparation for campus placements and competitive exams, ensuring participants are confident and job-ready.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and data interpretation, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and step-by-step.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex ideas in easy, engaging language.
- Experience in classroom teaching, training, or coaching for aptitude tests, campus placements, or competitive examinations.
- Capability to design structured lesson plans, practice sets, mock tests, and performance reports using digital tools.
- Comfort with technology-enabled learning platforms and basic data analysis to track learner performance and outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in engineering, mathematics, statistics, or management is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills, learner-centric mindset, and the ability to work with diverse groups of students and professionals.
- Prior experience with hackathons, assessment platforms, or talent development programs is a plus.
