Job Summary

LRx Healthcare is hiring experienced AR Executives – US Healthcare RCM / Medical Billing for our Ahmedabad office.

We are looking for candidates with experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), AR Follow-Up, Medical Billing, Insurance Follow-Up, Denial Management, Claims Management, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).

Candidates who have worked with US healthcare insurance companies, payer portals, denied claims, unpaid claims, rejected claims, underpaid claims, EOBs, ERAs, and aging AR are encouraged to apply.

Candidates currently living outside Ahmedabad who are willing to relocate to Ahmedabad can also apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage US Healthcare Accounts Receivable (AR) and outstanding insurance claims
- Perform AR Follow-Up with US insurance companies
- Follow up on claims through insurance calls, payer portals, and payer websites
- Review unpaid, denied, rejected, and underpaid medical claims
- Identify claim denial reasons and take appropriate corrective action
- Work on claim corrections, resubmissions, reconsiderations, and appeals
- Check claim status, payment status, denial information, and insurance responses
- Review EOB and ERA details
- Analyze AR Aging Reports
- Prioritize high-value and aged outstanding claims
- Follow up with insurance companies for timely claim resolution
- Maintain accurate claim notes and account documentation
- Escalate unresolved claims when required
- Coordinate with billing, coding, authorization, and other RCM teams
- Meet daily productivity, quality, collection, and follow-up targets
- Help reduce outstanding AR and improve claim collections

Required Experience & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM / Medical Billing / Accounts Receivable
- Experience in AR Follow-Up preferred




- Knowledge of US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management
- Experience working on medical insurance claims
- Understanding of Denial Management
- Knowledge of unpaid, denied, rejected, and underpaid claims
- Experience communicating with US insurance companies
- Familiarity with insurance payer portals and healthcare billing systems
- Understanding of EOBs, ERAs, claim status, and payment information
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and target-focused
- Comfortable working in a US Shift / Night Shift
- Comfortable working from our Vastrapur, Ahmedabad office
