Your impact A well-motivated and creative Post Graduate/Graduate Engineer with excellent numerical, logical, and analytical ability who wants to work in Engineering, Planning or Design Consulting on multi-disciplinary engineering projects. Apprentice program is designed to provide hands-on, real-world experience through structured on-the-job training within live projects.

Apprentices will work closely with Jacobs’ senior professionals and project managers, gaining exposure to technical practices, project delivery processes, and organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the design and development of substation primary and secondary systems.
- Conduct technical analysis and provide support for substation projects.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to ensure project specifications are met.
- Participate in site visits and inspections to gather data and assess project progress.
- Support the preparation of technical reports and documentation.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of engineering solutions.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development activities.

Here's what you'll need




- Bachelor’s/ Master's degree in Engineering (Energy and Power/ Electrical)
- Academic Passing in 2026
- No Dead or Live Backlogs/AT KT
- More that 7 CGPA in all semester
- Should not have any work experience or registered in NATS portal
