? WE’RE HIRING — APPOINTMENT SETTER

We’re looking for a reliable Appointment Setter to work with homeowners who are already interested in getting a new roof.

You will be working with US roofing companies.

❌ THIS IS NOT COLD CALLING

You will NOT be calling random people who don't know who you are.

A homeowner first sees our Facebook/Instagram ad and fills out a form because they are interested in roofing services.

Once they submit their information, you will call them and help book an appointment with the roofing company.

? WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Your job is simple

1. A new lead comes in

A homeowner fills out our form and gives us their name, phone number, and information about their roofing project.
1. You call them

You should try to call the homeowner within 5 minutes of receiving the lead. The faster you call, the better the chance of reaching them.
1. Talk with the homeowner

You will have a simple script to follow. You’ll find out things like:
- What type of roofing work they need
- Where the property is located
- Whether they are the homeowner
- When they would like the work done
- Other basic information needed by the roofing company

1. Book the appointment

If the homeowner is a good fit, you will schedule a time for the roofing company to speak with or visit them.
1. Follow up

If they don't answer your first call, you will follow up with them. You may also need to call or message homeowners who haven't responded yet.
1. Confirm appointments

Before the appointment, you'll contact the homeowner to make sure they still plan to attend.
1. Update the CRM

You will record what happened with each lead inside our CRM. ? HOW MUCH WILL YOU MAKE?

Your pay has two parts:

1️⃣ $150 base pay per client, per month

You receive $150 every month for each roofing company you are working with.

2️⃣ $15 for every qualified appointment that SHOWS UP For example:





If you work with 1 client and book 20 appointments, and all 20 homeowners show up:

$150 base + $300 appointment bonuses = $450/month

If you book 15 appointments that show:

$150 + $225 = $375/month

So, based on typical performance:

1 client → ~$375–$450/month

2 clients → ~$750–$900/month

3 clients → ~$1,125–$1,350/month

There is no limit to how many clients you can take on as long as you can handle the workload and maintain good performance.

? Higher compensation may also be available for strong performers.

? WHAT IS A "QUALIFIED APPOINTMENT"?

A qualified appointment is not just someone who says they're interested.

The homeowner needs to meet the requirements for the roofing company and agree to a scheduled appointment.

Most importantly, the homeowner needs to actually show up / attend the appointment for you to receive the $15 bonus.

You'll be given clear instructions on exactly what counts as a qualified appointment.

✅ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You don't need to be a roofing expert.

We will give you the scripts, training, and instructions you need.

However, you should:

- Speak clear English
- Be confident talking on the phone
- Sound natural and friendly — not like a robot
- Be comfortable talking with homeowners
- Respond quickly when new leads come in
- Be reliable and responsible
- Be comfortable working US hours
- Be willing to learn and improve

Previous sales or appointment-setting experience is a plus.

Roofing or home-service experience is a BIG plus.

⏰ THIS IS A LONG-TERM ROLE

We're not looking for someone who wants to try this for a few days and quit.

We're looking for someone who wants to work with us long-term, take on more clients over time, and increase their earnings as they improve.

If you're good at the job, there is an prospect to take on additional clients and earn more.
