Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or a closely related engineering role.
- Current or previous experience at a product-based company.
- Strong hands-on experience building and shipping AI/ML systems.
- Experience building AI agents, agentic workflows, tool-calling systems, or similar applications.
- Strong understanding of LLMs and their practical application in production.
- Strong programming skills, preferably in Python.
- Ability to take an ambiguous problem statement and go deep to find and implement a solution.
- Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, evaluation, prompt engineering, or model integration.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Candidates with only surface-level exposure to GenAI/LLMs will not be a fit.
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows for real-world use cases.
- Own AI problem statements end-to-end, from understanding the problem to production deployment.
- Design reliable systems involving LLMs, tools, retrieval, memory, and structured workflows.
- Experiment with different approaches and identify what works best for the problem.
- Improve accuracy, reliability, latency, and cost of AI systems.
- Build evaluation and monitoring mechanisms for AI applications.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to translate real-world problems into AI solutions.
- Debug failures and continuously improve production AI systems.
