Role Summary

This is an Engineering Applications Support / Application Administrator role focused on supporting engineering and PLM tools in a global setting.

The person will primarily

- Provide L2/L3 technical support for Aucotec Engineering Base (EB), Siemens EDA/EDM, and PTC Windchill.
- Administer, configure, troubleshoot, upgrade, and maintain these applications.
- Support ECAD and engineering data management processes.
- Manage and troubleshoot integrations between Engineering Base ↔ Windchill and Siemens EDA ↔ Windchill.
- Investigate application/integration problems, perform root-cause analysis (RCA), and implement fixes.
- Work with SQL Server, XPLM Integration Suite, infrastructure, database, and engineering teams.
- Support document management, workflows, lifecycle management, and engineering change/release processes in Windchill.
- Handle incidents, problems, changes, and releases according to ITIL/AMS processes.
- Maintain technical documentation and ensure SLA/KPI compliance.
