- Health Systems Specialist The Asian Development Research Institute (ADRI), Patna invites applications from qualified medical and public health professionals with expertise at the intersection of medicine, public health, technology, and evidence-based policy research.

- Digital Public Health and Digital Health
- Health Informatics and Health Systems
- Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning in Healthcare
- Health Data Science and Analytics
- Epidemiology and Public Health Surveillance
- Health Technology and Innovation
- Clinical Informatics and Decision-Support Systems
- Health Policy and Digital Health Governance
- Health Technology Assessment
- Population Health and Health Systems Research
- Environmental and Climate-related Health
- Other emerging areas at the intersection of medicine, technology, and public policy

Essential Qualifications

- MBBS or BDS from a recognised institution; and
- Ph.D. in Public Health, Epidemiology, Health Informatics, Digital Health, Health Systems, Biomedical/Medical Sciences, Biostatistics,



Health Data Science, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated research experience relevant to public health, healthcare, medical technology, health systems, or allied areas.
- Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.

Candidates with expertise in AI/ML, health data analytics, digital health systems, epidemiological modelling, health informatics, GIS, health technology assessment, or technology-enabled health interventions will be particularly encouraged to apply.

Depending on qualifications, experience, research record, and institutional requirements, suitable candidates may be considered for research, faculty, or specialist positions across ADRI's public health research programmes.

- Interdisciplinary research and externally funded projects;
- Health data analysis and technology-enabled research;
- Academic publications, policy briefs, and technical reports;
- Development and evaluation of digital and technology-enabled health interventions;
- Research proposal development and institutional collaborations; and
- Teaching, mentoring, and capacity-building activities, where applicable.

Remuneration Salary, benefits, and academic support shall be commensurate with qualifications, experience, research accomplishments, and institutional norms,



and will be broadly aligned with leading academic and policy research institutions in India according to UGC norms.
