Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2 production support for applications built on Python Django, Vue.js, and PostgreSQL.

- Perform analysis, debugging, and resolution of complex technical issues in a 24/7 production environment.

- Collaborate with development teams to identify root causes and drive permanent fixes.

- Monitor application performance, logs, and message flows across Kafka topics, Camel routes, and backend services.

- Support deployments and operational activities on OpenShift, including pod debugging, log tracing, and service monitoring.

- Handle datarelated activities involving PostgreSQL databases, including query writing, optimization, and troubleshooting.

Required Skills & Experience





- Solid handson expertise in application support for applications involving Python Django, Vue.js, and PostgreSQL.

- Experience with Microsoft Azure and containerbased deployments.

- Exposure to Kafka and Apache Camel for message flow monitoring.

- Proficiency in OpenShift for deployment support, pod debugging, and service monitoring.

- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and incident/problem management.

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (APAC/EMEA/Americas).
