Position Overview

Role Summary

Experienced WFM IT professional with 4+ years of hands-on expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting HR, payroll, and workforce management solutions. Skilled in optimizing HR processes, troubleshooting system issues, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver efficient WFM solutions.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities





- Configure and maintain modules in UKG Pro and Zebra Workcloud (Timekeeper, Attendance, Accruals and Devices)
- Employee Import integration monitoring and POS monitoring
- Gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations
- Manage payroll processing, audits, and compliance activities
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolution
- Generate and customize reports using UKG Pro reporting tools
- Perform data migration, validation, and system testing (UAT)
- Ensure data security and compliance with HR regulations.

Experience, Skills, and Knowledge

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of WFM or HRIS system (HR, Payroll, Perks)
- Dell Boomi integration tool knowledge is preferred
- Google Big Query and Power BI knowledge is preferred
- Knowledge of payroll processing and compliance
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, and data mapping
- SQL knowledge is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree, IT, Business, or related field
- UKG Pro certification (preferred but not mandatory)

Experience

- 4+ years of experience working with UKG Pro/ Zebra Workcloud/ Reflexis/ HRIS systems
- Experience in implementation, configuration, and support environments

Nice-to-Have

- Experience with other UKG products like Workforce Central and Integration product Dell Boomi and Google Data Hub
- Experience with Zerbra Workcloud or Reflexis
- Knowledge of global payroll or multi-country implementations
