Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Application Support L1 skilled with 12 years of experience in production support and application maintenance. The ideal candidate should have strong SQL skills, knowledge of API testing, and hands-on experience with Unix/Linux environments. The role involves resolving production issues, supporting deployments, and ensuring smooth application performance.

Responsibilities

- Provide L1 production support and resolve application-related issues.

- Analyze and troubleshoot production problems efficiently.

- Work on Apache Tomcat configuration and application deployment.

- Monitor application performance and ensure system stability.

- Write and execute SQL queries for data validation and issue analysis.

- Perform API testing and validation.

- Work in Unix/Linux environments and execute shell scripts.

- Collaborate with development and support teams for issue resolution.

- Maintain logs, reports, and documentation of incidents.

- Follow Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.





- Strong working experience in SQL (Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL).

- Working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.

- Experience in production/application support.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and reporting skills.

- Willingness to work in night shifts and on weekends (Saturday/Sunday).

- Ability to handle production issues under pressure.
