What You'll Don

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues across production, staging, and testing environments.
n
- Investigate incidents, service disruptions, performance bottlenecks, and user-reported issues.
n
- Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with engineering teams to implement long-term fixes.
n
- Support application deployments, releases, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
n
- Work closely with software engineers, DevOps teams, cloud engineers, product managers, and customer success teams.
n
- Manage incident, problem, and change management processes.
n
- Analyze application logs, system metrics, and monitoring dashboards to proactively identify issues.
n
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of critical production incidents.
n
- Document troubleshooting procedures, known issues, and operational runbooks.
n
- Support production environments while maintaining high availability and service reliability.
n
- Participate in on-call support rotations and incident response activities where required.
n
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational excellence and customer experience.

Required Skillsnn
- 3+ years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, Technical Support, or Software Support Engineering.
n
- Strong understanding of application architectures, software systems, and troubleshooting methodologies.
n
- Experience supporting enterprise applications,



SaaS platforms, or customer-facing software products.
n
- Knowledge of SQL and database troubleshooting.
n
- Experience working with ticketing and incident management platforms such as Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk, Freshservice, or similar tools.
n
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
n
- Ability to investigate issues using logs, monitoring tools, and system diagnostics.
n
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
n
- Ability to thrive in remote, distributed engineering environments.
n

Preferred Skillsnn
- Experience supporting cloud-based applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
n
- Exposure to monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog, New Relic, Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, or ELK Stack.

- Understanding of APIs, web services, and microservices architectures.
n
- Experience with Linux or Windows server administration.
n
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, PowerShell, or Shell Scripting.

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
n
- Understanding of networking fundamentals, security concepts, and distributed systems.
n
- Familiarity with Agile delivery models and modern software development practices.
