Job Summary

We are looking for a Support Engineer with 4+ years of experience to provide technical support to enterprise customers using the EvoluteIQ platform. The role involves troubleshooting applications, cloud environments, integrations, and working closely with Engineering and DevOps teams to resolve customer issues.

Responsibilities

- Investigate and resolve customer issues through troubleshooting and log analysis.

- Support Docker and Kubernetes deployments across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

- Troubleshoot Java applications, REST APIs, databases, and microservices.

- Build simple AI Agents and AI Skills using the EvoluteIQ platform.

- Automate repetitive support tasks using Python and Shell scripting.

- Troubleshoot JDBC/ODBC integrations and RPA workflows.

- Work closely with Engineering and DevOps teams for issue resolution.

- Maintain knowledge articles, troubleshooting guides, and support documentation.

- Monitor recurring issues and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.

Requirements

- 4+ years of experience in enterprise application/technical support.

- Strong Linux troubleshooting skills.

- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

- Good understanding of Java applications and troubleshooting.

- Strong SQL and database troubleshooting skills.

- Experience with REST APIs and microservices.





- Working knowledge of Python and Shell scripting.

- Understanding of cloud platforms - AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Experience troubleshooting enterprise integrations and production issues.

- Valuable communication and customer-facing skills.

Nice to Have

- Exposure to AI/GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.

- Experience with AI Agents or AI-powered automation.

- Experience with the EvoluteIQ platform.

- Knowledge of Jenkins and Git.

- Experience with Postman.

- Exposure to monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana, ELK, and Prometheus.

- Experience with RPA platforms/workflows.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
