Key Responsibilities

- Install, upgrade, configure and maintain vendor applications in Unix/Java/Oracle/AIX environments

- Provide L2/L3 application support for banking compliance applications

- 2+ years of experience in Banking / Financial Services / Payments

- CGI HotScan / HotScan360
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform RCA

- Handle SLA-driven incidents and coordinate with vendors for resolution

- Monitor application processes, jobs, logs and MQ messages

- Support sanctions/payment screening processes and related application issues

- Track BAU issues through Jira and ServiceNow

- Provide SME support to the L1 support team

- Coordinate with application, infrastructure, database, security and business teams

- Support application upgrades, changes and deployments

- Work on system vulnerability remediation

- Analyze business requirements and support application enhancements

- Research recent technologies and contribute to continuous improvement

- Manage multiple BAU activities, incidents and project responsibilities
