- Hand on experience on Windows OS and Windows Server OS
- Good knowledge with hands on experience of monitoring tools like

Azure Application Insight, PagerDuty, Zabbix, System Walker or similar tools
- Working knowledge of SQL commands such as SELECT, JOIN, and

WHERE to support day-to-day application support tasks
- Good understanding of at least one of the Cloud technologies (Azure,

AWS, GCP etc.) with hands on experience
- Valuable to have Japanese Language skill set
- Fundamental knowledge of Linux, including working with terminal

commands, checking system logs etc
- Knowledge of ITIL (Incident Management, Change Management, SLA,

Ticketing tools such as Service Now, Backlog etc)
- Basic Knowledge of SDLC, STLC
- Excellent documentation skills using Google Docs, MS Excel, and MS
