Position Title: Application Support Engineer

Location: Thane, Maharashtra

Domain: HMIS ERP Application (Healthcare Domain)

Employment Type: Full time (on-site)

Experience: 2+ years The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting, implementing, and optimizing HMIS ERP applications with work experience in healthcare environment. The role involves combining strong technical and analytical skills with a customer-focused approach, contributing to system stability ensuring smooth ERP system adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements to customize healthcare software solutions.

Provide technical support for healthcare applications, addressing client queries and resolving tickets with regards to troubleshoot software bugs in a escalating to development teams when necessary timely manner.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to implement fixes and enhancements based on client feedback.

Conduct user training sessions for healthcare providers and administrative staff to maximize adoption and effective use of the software.

Provide technical guidance and support to clients during the go-live phase to ensure a smooth transition.

Documentation and Communication:

MS Word, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Analytical Skills.

Preparing BRDs, Technical Specifications, API documentation, Data Flow Diagrams,



and RCA documents.

Develop tailor made user manuals and reference guides to client workflows.

Prepare detailed reports and provide feedback on common client challenges and requests to improve system functionality.

Managing client communication, daily email correspondence, arranging meetings with generating Minutes of Meetings.

Developing scenario-based test cases from requirements, executing black-box testing, and conducting application demos.

Must Have:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor/masters degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of working experience in software support & implementation, preferably in the healthcare domain.

Candidates should be ready to travel international locations for client-side projects.

Candidates should have Indian passport with validity of minimum till Dec. 2029 is mandatory.

Candidates residing from Thane, Mumbai & Navi Mumbai will only be considered.
