- Plan and execute large-scale application migrations to ensure seamless transition with minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, quality assurance, and deployment teams, to ensure successful migration.
- Design and implement migration strategies that meet business requirements and technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of migration processes and procedures.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with migration, ensuring business continuity and minimal disruption.
- Provide technical guidance and support to stakeholders throughout the migration process.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in application migration with a proven track record of successful migrations.
- Strong understanding of application packaging, deployment, and management using tools like PSADT, MSI/EXE packaging, AdminStudio, and Installshield.
- Experience with Intune and SCCM for software distribution and management.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
Technical Skills & Experience
- Expertise in application packaging, deployment, and management using PSADT, MSI/EXE packaging, AdminStudio, and Installshield.

- Strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices.
- Experience with configuration management and version control using tools like Git.
- Ability to work with agile project management methodologies and tools like Jira.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based application deployment and management.
