Position: Application Developer (SDE)

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 1–7 years

Responsibilities

- Implement end-to-end applications that create meaningful user impact.

- Design scalable solutions with emphasis on:
- Clean, Modular Workflows: Develop logically separated, reusable components that enhance code maintainability, testability, and scalability.

- Database & Schema Design: Architect effective, normalized, and indexed data models ensuring data integrity, optimized query performance, and storage efficiency.

- Optimal Expression Writing: Develop high-performance expressions with considerations for execution time, algorithmic efficiency, and resource usage.

- Perform functional testing (manual and automated).

- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to capture and implement solution requirements.





- Own the entire SDLC — from development and deployment to post-production support.

- Track and report milestones and delivery progress.

Minimum Qualifications

- Proven experience in building and deploying applications.

- Solid understanding of database design, schema modeling, and table relationships.

- Familiarity with Java and JavaScript.

- Experience writing logical expressions and structured workflows.

- Hands-on with manual and automated testing.

- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or related fields (B.Tech, BE, MCA).

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
