We are looking for a skilled Application Developer to design, develop, configure, integrate, and support applications that improve customer experiences and internal business workflows. The role involves building reliable application features, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and ensuring applications remain secure, efficient, and easy to maintain.

The candidate will be responsible for developing application features, business workflows, forms, reports, and integrations based on user and business requirements. You will work closely with business users, product teams, and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective application solutions.

Robust programming knowledge in Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or related technologies is required, along with experience working with SQL databases and REST APIs. The candidate should have a good understanding of application architecture, authentication, Git, testing, debugging, and database-driven application development.

The role also involves integrating applications with internal systems, third-party services, and external APIs, ensuring reliable data exchange and smooth application workflows.



You will test new features and changes, identify and resolve defects, and support application releases across different environments.

The candidate will monitor application health, investigate technical issues, and provide ongoing application support and troubleshooting. You will work with development and support teams to identify root causes, resolve production issues, and improve application reliability and performance.

The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to understand both technical and business requirements. You will maintain application configurations, technical documentation, user guides, and support procedures to ensure applications are properly maintained and easy to manage.

Familiarity with enterprise applications, ERP/CRM platforms, low-code development platforms, and cloud application deployment is an added advantage. The role requires effective collaboration with business and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and user-focused application solutions.
