1.5+ years of handson experience working with MES and/or SCADA applications
- Strong practical experience with Ignition (configuration, projects, gateway, troubleshooting)
- Ignition and Sepasoft implementation/support experience preferred
- Handson experience configuring and supporting MES modules (Sepasoft is an advantage)
- Solid Python (Python) scripting skills, including writing and debugging scripts
- Strong SQL skills, including working with MES schemas, transactions, and audit data
- Experience working directly within MES/SCADA applications, not just coordinating vendors
- Understanding of ITside ownership of OT systems, including servers, databases, and integrations
- Experience supporting or validating data ingestion using OPC UA, MQTT, or similar industrial protocols
- Ability to troubleshoot application, data, and integration issues across ITOT environments
- Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Familiarity with regulated environments (medical devices, pharma, life sciences) preferred
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
