Role focuses on strengthening access governance reducing security risks supporting regulatory compliance and optimizing user lifecycle processes in a hybrid work model for a global organization.

Strong experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ development and customization.
Expertise in Rules Workflows Tasks Quick Links and Forms development.
Proficiency in Java and BeanShell scripting for custom development.
Experience with REST APIs Web Services Connector and SCIM Connector integrations.
Knowledge of Identity Governance & Administration IGA concepts including RBAC provisioning and access certifications.
Experience in email template customization and notification configuration.
Strong troubleshooting and production support skills with log analysis and debugging expertise.
Ability to analyse business requirements and implement IAM solutions.
Experience creating technical design documents test cases and implementation documentation.
Solid communication stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration skills for requirement gathering and solution demonstrations.
